At FUMEGO, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines for the United States and Canada.

1. Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. We partner with reliable carriers to offer both Air and Sea Freight options.

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates that begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These times do not include potential delays due to customs clearance. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, these times may be extended.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
United States: For most orders, no additional fees are due upon delivery.

Canada: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict these fees.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we provide estimated delivery windows, please note that transit times are not guaranteed. If your tracking information shows no movement for over 7 days, please contact us at [support@Fumego.store] so we can investigate with the carrier.
